EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

• 3 years of experience in equipments fabrication activities.

Minimum Entry Qualifications

• Industrial Training in Mechanical/Fitter or 10th Passed with 6Years Experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repairing, modifying, fabricating and installing equipments, building, utilities etc

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Attending breakdown maintenance trouble shooting and repairing equipments, office, utilities and plant building.
• Installation of new equipments.
• Fabrication of equipments / assemblies as per drawing
• Attending the project activities including fabrication, assembly, installation etc as assigned by the respective Foreman / Lead man.
• Modification of parts / assembly of equipment as per drawing / directions from respective
•  
• Reporting to Lead man / Foreman about any abnormalities observed in equipments, building etc.
• Adhering to safety procedures during all maintenance, project activities.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 – 2 Years of experience in any fabrication industry equipments.

Minimum Entry Qualifications

• Industrial Training Fresher or 10th Passed with 2Years Experience

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for assisting with the production process in factories.
• Assisting in operating the machines, moving the steel plates, cut pieces, other fabricated item from place to place or move on conveyor.
• Starting up and shutting down production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assisting in operating production lines within the factory environment.
• Cleaning the production area, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Loading and unloading items from machines, carts, dollies, and conveyor systems.
• Feeding or placing raw materials or items onto equipment for processing.
• Lubricating machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Measuring and pouring paint or other materials for production tasks.
• Ensuring all operations and finished products conform to quality specifications.
• Turning valves to control the flow of liquids or gas when required.
• Pulling damaged or malfunctioning equipment off the production line.
• Marking and labeling parts for identification and traceability.
• Placing equipment or components on conveyor belts for further processing.
• Removing finished products and machine attachments from equipment.
• Scraping off excess or waste material from machines and surfaces.
• Recording operational and production data accurately.
• Loading and unloading processing equipment with materials or components.
• Shipping finished products according to instructions.
• Taking and following instructions from supervisors and team leads.

Qualifications

• Programing and operating CNC Plasma, CNC Multitorches, Flange, SAW  and hole punching machine.
•  Ability to properly and accurately utilize measuring devices (Standard and Metric) within specific tolerances
• Ability to read, understand and follow job engineering drawings
• Must have at least basic math skills and the ability to make mathematical calculations ( add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and participate in a changing environment to reach a common goal
• Ability to operate his/her area/function in accordance and awareness of Company Safety policies.
• Ability to Coordinate proper programming with CNC controls, making changes, or recommendations for changes as is appropriate.
• Ability to Load and unload plates of steel on to the burn table using overhead cranes while working safely and verifying quality parts.

CNC PLATE PUNCHING MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: ITI or experience person with ability to understand the steel structure drawings.
• At least 2 years’ experience as CNC operator of plate punching operation from 4mm thick through 24mm thick, varying from 300mm through 12 meters length.
• Capable of manual programming the machine as per drawing requirement, and understand and interpret the structural steel drawings and operation of such equipment. 
• Good knowledge of process, tools, & equipment, and must adhere to PPE and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Checking and verifying the drawings and their respective file formats for the machine
• Loading and unloading of jobs on to machine
• Performing the operation as per requirement of job/drawings with accuracy with industry’s acceptable production rate
• Taking care of machine, tools and measuring instruments
• Interacting with concerned foreman and fabricators to their requirements and priorities.
• Operating the EOT crane to load and unload the job

Purlin line MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: ITI or experience person with ability to understand the steel structure drawings.
• Experience: at least 2 years as CNC operator of high speed roll forming of “Z” purlin and “C”channels operation from 1.5mm thick through 2.5mm thick, varying from 300mm through 15 meters length and width of 200mm to 300+mm.
• Shall be capable of manual programming and adjusting the roll former cassettes for defined width and as per drawing requirement. 
• Shall have good knowledge of process, tools, & equipment, and must adhere to PPE and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Checking and verifying the drawings and their respective file formats for the machine
• Loading and unloading of jobs on to machine
• Performing the operation as per requirement of job/drawings with accuracy with industry’s acceptable production rate
• Taking care of machine, tools and measuring instruments
• Interacting with concerned foreman to their requirements and priorities.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Remove grease, dirt, paint, and rust from equipment surfaces in preparation for paint application, using abrasives, solvents, brushes, washing tanks, or sandblasters.
• Pour paint into spray guns, and adjust nozzles and paint mixes in order to get the proper paint flow and coating thickness.
• Monitor painting operations in order to identify flaws such as blisters and streaks so that their causes can be corrected.
• Sand equipment surfaces between coats of paint and/or primer in order to remove flaws and enhance adhesion for subsequent coats.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers and power equipment, using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning duties.
• Mask surfaces with tape or paper in order to protect them from paint if required.
• Spray prepared surfaces with specified amounts of primers and finish coatings. Always measure with WFT gauge in order to make sure we are painting right paint thickness.
• Allow the sprayed product to dry, and then touch up any spots that may have been missed.
• Paint by hand areas that cannot be reached with a spray gun.
• Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner.
• Perform duties with safe manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spraying the steel products that are produced in the plant with primer and finish paint as instructed.

Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: Preferably Industrial Training Certificate/High school or minimum to understand the English language.
• 4 years’ Experience as certified FCAW welder for heavy steel structures.
• Ability to demonstrate skill of sound welding in butt joints in minimum 2G & 3G positions within acceptance criteria of AWS D1.1.
• Ability to understand and interpret welding symbols in shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of process, tools, & equipment, and must adhere to PPE and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of welding sound welding joint without failures and with production targets
• Adhering to welding parameters as mentioned in WPS.
• Checking & verifying fit up as per shop drawing requirements.
• Checking, adjusting and keeping equipment in working condition.
• Operating EOT crane, loading and unloading job on to skids.
• Interacting with concerned foremen to their requirements and priorities.
• Following and abiding all rules of company’s safety policy.

Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: Preferably Industrial Training Certificate /High school or minimum to understand the English language.

• Ability to demonstrate skill of sound welding in butt joints in minimum 2G position within acceptance criteria of AWS D1.1.
• Ability to understand and interpret shop drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of welding sound welding joint without failures and with production targets
• Adhere to welding parameters as mentioned in WPS
• Checking, adjusting and keeping equipment in working condition
• Operating EOT crane, loading and unloading job on to skids.
• Interacting with concerned fabricator to their requirements and priorities, grinding as per job requirement and assisting and work under guidance of fabricator.
• Following and abiding all rules of company’s safety policy

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of process improvement experience
• Industrial Training Certificate from a known Institution.
• Overall 7+ years of experience
• Good communication skill in Arabic or other common language among the employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Abrading surfaces of metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish, using abrasive-blasting equipment: Shovels or pours abrasives, such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper.
• Masking specified areas of object to protect from abrading action.
• Loading parts on racks in enclosed rooms, into tumbling barrels, or into cabinets.
• Turning valves on equipment to regulate pressure and composition of abrasive mixture flowing through nozzle or into tumbling barrel.
• Starting equipment that directs blast or flow of abrasive-laden compressed air, gas, or liquid over surface of parts.
• Manually directing nozzle over surface of large parts or inserts arms through glove-fitted cabinet openings and manipulates small parts under nozzle for specified interval.
• Examining finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Performing the duties with Proper PPE to avoid any accidents.
